Evie Rok is a location scout who only exists on screen. She turns up in real British places, the chalk stacks at Old Harry Rocks, the shingle at Dungeness, a slate quarry in North Wales, and says what a scout would say about them: where the light goes, what the access is like, what the recce notes would read. She is Halation's own character, made for Halation's own channels.

She is built in Artlist and performed by a paid, credited actor. Every post on her channels says she is synthetic and who made her. This page carries the two documents Halation issues with every delivery, hers included: the AI Usage Schedule, which records what the AI did, and the Rights Schedule, which records whose consent and which licences sit behind her.

The guardrail

Halation does not put synthetic performers on client productions, and does not synthesise or alter a human performance that was not given. Evie Rok is the one place we do make a character, and we make her the way we would want anyone to: with a paid actor, an open statement of what she is, and both schedules published so the claim can be checked rather than taken on trust.

The same two documents go out with every client delivery. For client work they belong to the production and are not published. What the two schedules record.
