Second unit,
after the shoot.

Shot repair and versioning

Halation repairs and versions shots after the shoot: rigs, wires, reflections and crew removed from frame; packs, labels and products changed after wrap; hero shots reframed and extended for 9:16, 4:5 and 1:1. We do it with a small, private model tuned to your production’s own footage, then every shot goes through experienced compositors and colourists before delivery. When the job ends, the job model is archived or deleted exactly as set out in your AI Usage Schedule, and every delivery comes with a Rights Schedule recording what was touched, how, and with whose consent.

Send us the problem and we will tell you what is possible, and what it costs, within 48 hours.

What it covers

  • Rigs, wires, reflections and crew in shot
  • Pack, label and product changes after the shoot
  • Reframes and shot extensions for every social format
  • Background and weather continuity
  • Regional and market versions

What we don’t do

  • Invent performances that weren’t given
  • Tune your job’s model on anyone else’s footage
  • Reuse your footage or models on another client’s job

How it works.

Process
01 — Capture

We capture for it

On Halation and In Color shoots, we gather clean plates, lighting references and product turnarounds.

02 — Tune

We tune to your job

A small, private model learns your set, your light and your product from your own rushes — and nothing else.

03 — Finish

We finish properly

Every shot goes through experienced compositors and colourists before delivery.

04 — Close

We close it down

When the job ends, the job model is archived or deleted as set out in your AI Usage Schedule.

Notes: Do you have to disclose AI in a UK commercial? · What is an AI Usage Schedule?

The same idea, outside the studio system.

In build

On 5 March 2026 Netflix acquired InterPositive, the filmmaking-technology company Ben Affleck founded in 2022. Its model is trained only on the dailies of a single production, to replace missing shots, reframe, correct lighting and replace backgrounds, and it is proprietary and now inside Netflix (The Wrap).

We are building the same per-production approach on open-weight models: a small model tuned on one job’s own footage, owned by the production, and archived or deleted at the end under its AI Usage Schedule. It is not locked to one studio, so it is there for commercials, music videos and independent film rather than one streamer’s slate.

In build: the first full open-weight pipeline test has not yet been run.
